How Does An Air Fryer Work?
An air fryer creates a ‘mock’ deep fry taste to food without the need to actually submerge it in fat. Your food sits in a perforated basket and is surrounded by hot air that is circulated around the chamber very quickly so it reaches all of the surfaces of the food and creates a crispy crust. This is helped by adding a thin coating of oil to the food before cooking, but because it is cooked using hot air, the final results can be a lot healthier.

What Benefits Does This Digital Air Fryer Have?
This health fryer comes with 7 pres-set cooking modes covering frozen chips, bacon, shrimp, chicken, steak, fish and cupcakes. Yes, cupcakes. Your airfryer can be used for baking and frying as it works in a similar way to a convection oven. If you use these preset modes the fryer will automatically switch off once the time had elapsed.
If you prefer to use the manual controls you can choose a temperature between 80-200?C and set the timer for up to an hour. This will cause a buzzer to sound but it won’t automatically switch off the fryer, so you’ll need to do that bit yourself.
The basket of this large capacity air fryer comes with a divider to you can cook two different types of food at once. It is also dishwasher safe. Furthermore, because the air fryer uses so little oil there’s much less cleaning to do in general.
This air fryer has 1400w of energy so heats up in just a couple of minutes. Because you’re heating air rather than oil, you may also see savings on the electric bill as less energy is required overall.
