The hob itself measures 54cm x 24cm and is 9.5cm high. It has a stainless-steel housing that is easy to keep clean and remains cool to the touch whilst the hob is in use. Set within this are two cast-iron hot plates. The small one is 1000w and approximately 15cm in diameter, whilst the larger one is 1500w and approx. 19cm diameter, so you can use the one most suitable for your needs, or heat up both at the same time.
To help keep your hob secure on the worktop we’ve included four non-slip feet.
What Sort Of Pans Can I Use On This Double Ring Hob?
You can use a wide variety of pans on this hob, just like a normal cooker. The only thing you have to check is that the pan isn’t wider than the hot plate to prevent it over heating. So, whether you want to stir fry your veg, boil your pasta, or whip up a curry, you can do it with this electric double hob.
Are The Hot Plates Adjustable?
You can use the temperature dial on the front of the hob to adjust the heat on each of the hot plate. Once your hot plate has reached the set level the thermostat will click in to help maintain that temperature.
