Essentially, the Sous Vide process involves sealing your food in a vacuum pouch, then submerging it in water and cooking at a carefully controlled temperature. This ensures that all of the flavour is retained in the food, meat remains tender and none of the juices are lost.

Use our efficient vacuum sealer to seal your food in one of the included vacuum bags, adding herbs spices or marinades according to your recipe. Food can then be cooked to perfection by the Sous Vide machine, which has a 5.5 litre capacity and temperature range between 40-90°C.
