Hyundai’s HY30100V is a strong yet small 3 horsepower V-twin cylinder direct drive air compressor.

The V-Twin pump has long-lasting cast iron cylinders and aluminium cylinder heads for better cooling, and it’s ready to use right out of the box, complete with oil. (Before using, replace the transit plug with the breather/filler plug.)

It is excellent for use in a home workshop or garage where typical residential power connections are accessible, as it is powered by a 3hp electric motor with a 230v 13amp plug.

Compact And Efficient

The V-twin direct drive design links the motor directly to the pump, enhancing efficiency by allowing all of the engine’s 3 horsepower to be used to drive the compressor air pump, resulting in more power in a small package.

Tank Capacity of 100 litres

Airtools with 14CFM, 396 litres per minute air displacement have a consistent supply of air thanks to the 100 litre tank capacity. Two air lines / tools may be attached at the same time thanks to the dual fast release air outlets. The two pressure gauges measure the pressure in the tank and the outlet pressure, and the pressure regulator allows the outlet pressure to be increased or lowered. It also contains an overpressure safety valve, and the automated pressure management system turns off the compressor when the maximum pressure of 8 bar is reached and turns it back on when the pressure lowers to 6 bar.

Euro Connectors with Quick Release

Quick-release mechanism is included. This compressor has a regular 13A UK 3-pin plug and Euro connections.

Assembly Is Required

Install the wheels (2 bolts), cylinder head heat covers (4 screws), two rubber feet, and air filters. If the compressor pump has been filled with oil, it is ready to use. It should take about 10-15 minutes to complete this task.

Warranty

Hyundai provides a two-year warranty.

Compressor Maintenance

Hyundai air compressor pressure safety valves have been modified to meet the current CE certification criteria. The safety valve’s pressure release pull ring has been removed to prevent it from being used to drain air from the compressor tank, which would cause the valve to wear out prematurely. The drain valve on the bottom of the tank should constantly be used to expel air and moisture.
