3 Phase Power
Typically, 400 volt, three-phase equipment is powered by 3-phase 400/230 volt generators. To run 230v output alone and meet the generator’s output capacity, you must precisely ‘balance’ the loads on each phase (the amount you are drawing from each phase of electricity).
