Hyundai’s DHY14KSE is a powerful three-phase diesel generator. This 14KVA diesel genset is ideal for powering three-phase equipment in your house, company, or factory.

The DHY11KSE has a maximum output of 14KVA / 11.2kW and is powered by a 14hp HY480 diesel engine.

Three-Phase Electricity

3-phase 400/230v generators are often designed to power 400 volt, three-phase equipment. Even while they can power a modest amount of 230v equipment on their own, this is not their original use, and it may be difficult to ‘balance’ the phases and keep the generator from tripping off.

To operate 230v output alone and meet the generator’s output capacity, you must precisely ‘balance’ the loads on each phase (the amount you are drawing from each phase of electricity).

AVR Alternator is Installed.

The DHY14KSE, which is equipped with an AVR alternator to generate clean energy, is excellent for powering sensitive electronic equipment in your home or company, including as TVs, PCs, and laptops.

ATS Compliant

The DHY14KSE may be started manually using the key, or it can be linked to an ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) system, which will switch on the generator automatically if there is a power outage at the property. When power is restored from the mains, the ATS module will securely switch off your generator.

This is great for individuals who want consistent electricity, such as those who operate servers or have refrigeration equipment.

The DHY14KSE, housed under a weather-proof’silenced’ canopy, generates just 65dB @ 7 metres, making it a quiet standby generator that won’t disturb you at home or work.

1500rpm diesel generators are suited for static installation for daily prime power as well as standby generator/backup generator usage on a regular basis.

kVA Ratings for Generators

All of our generators have a kVA rating greater than a kW rating. This is due to the fact that we thought the appliances you’ll be powering had a load factor/power factor of 0.8, therefore the ‘assumed’ kVA rating of the load would be greater. This is industry standard, therefore it is typically better to choose the appropriate unit depending on the kW.
