Hyundai’s HYMIG-350GDL is a heavy-duty and very adaptable 4 roller wire feed welder designed for professional use. Simple to transport
The HYMIG-350GDL 3 phase welder weighs 42.2kg and is easy to move thanks to its mounted handles on the high duty steel case with powder-coated finish for increased corrosion protection and trolley wheels with a full-size gas bottle holder at the rear. MIG Euro welding torch with 3m cable and earth clamp with 2.5m cable are included as accessories.
The LCD Display
This professional welder has an automatic, or Synergy functionality where you can select the basic welding parameters such as the type of material, thickness of material to be welded, and the diameter of the welding wire and the machine will set the output current, and wire-speed to match. It has an LCD display that allows you to choose between MIG, TIG, and MMA settings. This is perfect for novice welders since it eliminates the trial and error associated with setting up each particular welding task.
Duty Cycle Information
The welding current has a maximum power of 250A and a duty cycle of 60%. You can weld without interruption if you reduce the power to 200A. The well laid out control panel with LED display offers you complete control over the necessary welding parameters and is particularly simple to use when wearing welding gloves. You can flexibly change the amperage and voltage (MIG), specify the inductance, and select the welding procedure.
Buyer Beware: Always check the ‘Duty Cycle’ to avoid buying low-quality devices. The duty cycle is the amount of time a welder can be utilised on a specific output within a 10-minute period. A 200A welder, for example, has a duty cycle of 60% when used on 200A output (MIG). This means it can be used for six minutes out of every ten minutes.
Regulator with No Steps
A stepless regulator allows for unlimited variable control of the welding current, as well as a low current facility for effective welding of thinner materials.
