The Hyundai HYWH-850RM is a professional air fed welding helmet with solar auto-dimming, spectral filtering technology, photoelectric sensors, and liquid crystal light control technology. The HYWH-850RM provides full head respiratory protection to the welder, making it the ideal welding solution for welders working in the most demanding conditions where filtered air is essential for a safe and comfortable working environment.

Very Lightweight

It weighs about 1.1kg and comes with a kit bag for simple storage and transportation. The soft fabric offers a perfect seal against dangerous odours, and the lightweight, compact form allows the user to wear it comfortably for long periods of time.

Welding Helmet with Air Supply

Welders wearing air-supplied welding helmets have an air-powered blower system around their waists that gathers and filters the ambient air to a high degree. The HYWH-850RM distributes fresh, clean air to the welder’s breathing area for up to 8 hours without interruption, with 99.8% purity.

Filter for Particles

The particle filter on the HYWH-850RM protects the user from particles (solid and liquid aerosols) that are appropriate for the most difficult working circumstances. The filter contaminates the air before blowing it via the flexible tube into the welding helmet hood. To keep particles out of the hood, the respirator system creates a positive air pressure.

Airflow that has been calibrated

The electronic control system keeps the calibrated airflow at a pre-set level. The battery-powered blower units may be recharged and can often cover an eight-hour shift depending on the kind. This form of welder protection is extremely effective, ensuring that welders do not inhale and consume the numerous hazardous particles included in weld fume. Auto-Dimming via Solar
